Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The payment currency of the online store is Euro.
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods. Prices include VAT 22%.
The online store has the right to change the prices of the products in the online store without prior notice to the customers.
The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
You can pay for the goods by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice, in cash at the goods delivery point or through the payment center via bank links - (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele (with payment initiation service), Pocopay) - payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.

Forming the order

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.
The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account or cash register.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
An unpaid subscription is active for 5 days, after which the subscription is considered cancelled.

Delivery

The goods are sent to the following countries: Republic of Estonia.
Shipping goods to other countries is done by mutual agreement and conditions with the customer.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over 500 euros! (NB! Only within the borders of the Republic of Estonia - excluding Hiiumaa!)
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-4 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia is by arrangement.
In exceptional cases and in the case of ordered goods that are not in the Online Store's warehouse, the right to deliver the goods within up to 21 calendar days.
